Bent Tree West Swim & Tennis Club Membership
 Please join us in our neighborhood private club! Membership is available to all families in Bent Tree West and surrounding residential subdivisions. Membership includes many benefits -- Family Fun & Fitness weekly events, swim team, FUNFIT summer camps, holiday parties, clubhouse rentals, pool parties, great social activities for adults and children as well as new and old friendships. Come play with us!

| 65 and Over Member (in households without any children) |

| Social Membership (social events only – excludes pool or tennis) |

| Tennis (tennis only - requires $25 deposit for new access card) |
$250 |
 The club dues are paid annually for a calendar year.
To join the BTW Swim and Tennis Club please submit the signed 2008 BTW S&T Membership Form with your payment to: P. O. Box 702004, Dallas, TX 75370.
