Rent The Clubhouse For Your Next Gathering
Our clubhouse is a great place for small private gatherings for 50 or less people. We have a full kitchen with microwave, stove and oven. The interior can be set up in whatever manner best suits your event. A rental contract must be signed at least one (1) week prior to rental. Rentals are subject to availability.
Rates for the Clubhouse are as follows:
Weekend Rates (Friday, Saturday, Sundays & Holidays)
– Members: $150 per hour
– Non-Members: $200 per hour
Weekday Rates (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
– Members: $125 per hour
– Non-Members: $150 per hour
Deposits and fees vary based on the rental and usage. Time more than three hours will incur an additional charge.
Contract and fees must be approved by the rentals coordinator before payment is made. Please fill out this form to provide information regarding your event and the rentals coordinator will respond as soon as possible.
POOL OR VERANDA PARTIES
Rent Exterior Spaces For Your Special Event!
Our exterior is perfect for all kinds of parties! The pool has a nearby party tent that can be utilized for your group and includes pool access! The tennis courts, volleyball courts and fields next to the facility can also be secured for your special event!
Private pool parties are also possible, but must be outside normal pool hours (unless permission is granted by the Board of Directors) and requires approval of the Board.
