CLUBHOUSE
Rent The Clubhouse For Your Next Gathering
The Clubhouse is a great place for small private gatherings for 50 or less people and underwent a full cleaning and refresh in 2025! We have a full kitchen with microwave, stove and oven. The interior can be set up in whatever manner best suits your event. A rental contract must be signed at least one (1) week prior to rental. Rentals are subject to availability.
Rates for the Clubhouse are as follows:
Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $110 per hour for members / $125 non-members
Weekends (Friday-Sunday): $125 per hour for members / $150 non-members
Deposits and fees vary based on the rental and usage. Time more than three hours will incur an additional charge.
Contract and fees must be approved by the rentals coordinator before payment is made. Please fill out this form to provide information regarding your event and the rentals coordinator will respond as soon as possible.

Rent Exterior Spaces For Your Special Event!
Our exterior is perfect for all kinds of parties! The pool has a nearby party tent that can be utilized for your group and includes pool access! The tennis courts, volleyball courts and fields next to the facility can also be secured for your special event!
Private pool parties are also possible, but must be outside normal pool hours (unless permission is granted by the Board of Directors) and requires approval of the Board. Fees are as follows:
POOL PARTY TENT
Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $75 per hour for members / $100 non-members, plus lifeguard fees*
Weekends (Friday-Sunday): $100 per hour for members / $150 non-members, plus lifeguard fees*
PRIVATE / SEMI-PRIVATE POOL PARTY
PRIVATE POOL PARTY RENTAL RATES (April and May only)
Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $150 per hour for members / $175 non-members, plus lifeguard fees*
Weekends (Friday-Sunday): $200 per hour for members / $225 non-members, plus lifeguard fees*
SEMI-PRIVATE POOL PARTY RENTAL RATES (during busy times during the summer) [Maximum of 60 people]
Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $100 per hour for members / $150 non-members, plus lifeguard fees*
Weekends (Friday-Sunday): $150 per hour for members / $175 non-members, plus lifeguard fees*
TENNIS
Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $50 per hour per court for members / $75 per hour per court for non-members
Weekends (Friday-Sunday): $75 per hour per court for members / $100 per hour per court for non-members
